This card began as a white hammered 6x6 card blank. First I embossed the front of the card with That Special Touch Mask 'snowflakes'. Next I inked up the card with tumbled glass distress ink. Using some Christmas patterned paper I die cut the largest snowflake using Spellbinders '2010 snowflake pendant' die set. I then die cut some white pearlescent paper using the same die. Using the same patterned paper I then die cut the next snowflake using spellbinders 'snowflake wonder' die set. The last snowflake for the topper was die cut from the same pearlescent paper and used Spellbinders 'create-a-flake three' die set. The snowflake dies were then layered up using foam tape and glue. Finally a faux pearl was adhered to the centre of the top snowflake. Next I stamped my sentiment using black soot distress ink and Crafter's companion 'the snowman' stamp set. This was then die cut using Spellbinders 'fancy framed tags one' die set. Whilst still in the die I inked just the fancy edges with tumbled glass distress ink. The topper and sentiment were adhered to the cardbase. Finally I die cut three snowflakes using white pearlescent paper and Spellbinders 'snowflake wonder' die set. These were adhered to the card and faux pearls adhered to the centres.
