This card began as an A6 aperture gatefold card the aperture is where the bee is. First I stamped up the background using distress ink in mustard seed using a handmade stamp to make the honeycomb design. Next I used one of Anita's 'animals' stamp to stamp the bee through the card aperture. Using Indigoblu 'poppy meadow' stamp set I stamped out the poppy several times in festive berries distress ink and the cut out different pieces to decoupage up the poppy. The edges of the poppy were inked up with a red promaker to disguise the white edges. The words were produced on the computer, printed out and cut up. Finally everything was piece together and adhered to the card using foam pad to complete the card.
Happy crafting xx Hazel
