Thanks So Much ~ Festive Florals

Hello bloggers, I hope that you are well and are managing to get some crafting into your busy week.  Today I have a thank you card for you to say thank you for visiting my blog.

This card began as an A4 sheet of purple patterned card stock that I cut and scored to make a 6x4 card blank.  Next I cut a piece of purple Topsy Turvy card stock to form a mat for the topper.  I then cut some silver holographic card stock down to make a mat for the purple one.  Both mats were adhered together..  Next using dusty concord distress ink and Creative Expressions 'festive florals' stamp set I stamped a flower onto some lilac pearlescent paper.  This was then fussy cut out and adhered to the purple mat.  Next using an off cut of Topsy Turvy card stock I stamped the flower image onto it.  This was then fussy cut out as individual flowers that were then shaped with an embossing tool.  The flowers were adhered to the topper.  Next I stamped the centers of the flowers onto the purple side of the Topsy Turvy card stock, these were fussy cut and adhered into place.  Finally using the same ink pad and stamp set I stamped my sentiment onto the lilac side of  piece of Topsy Turvy card stock.  This was then cut down to size.  Next I added a silver holographic mirror board mat.  The sentiment and mat where adhered to the card to complete it.

Live Everyday ~ Lillies

Hello bloggers I can not believe that we are almost at the end of March already times does seem to fly by these days.  Onto today's card with a sentiment and flowers.

This card began as an A4 sheet of pink Topsy Turvy card stock that I cut and scored to make a card blank 4x4.  Next I cut a piece of pink glitter card to slightly smaller than the card blank to form a mat.  This was adhered into place.  Using black soot distress ink and Creative Expressions 'festive florals' stamp set I stamped the Lily image onto white card stock.  Once stamped I fussy cut it out and coloured it using ProMarkers.  Next onto white card stock I stamped my sentiment using the same stamp set and ink pad.  The sentiment was then die cut using Spellbinders 'labels A' die set.  The sentiment was inked around the edges with a pink ProMarker and then it was adhered to the top left of the card.  Finally the lilies image was adhered to the bottom right of the card.

You Mean The World To Me Mum ~ Creative Expressions Festive Florals

Hello bloggers I hope that you are well and are managing to get some crafting squeezed in this week.  Today I have a Mother's Day card with a blue theme.

This card began as a white 8x8 card blank.  First I cut a piece of blue squared patterned card stock and a blue polka dot paper to size and then adhered them to the front of the card.  Next onto white card stock I stamped the flowers using black soot distress ink and Creative Expressions 'festive florals' stamp set.  I stamped the image three times and then fussy cut them out before colouring them in using ProMarkers.  The flowers were then adhered to the top part of the card.  Using the same stamp set and ink I stamped the sentiment onto white card stock and then die cut it using Spellbinders 'labels 33' die set.  Whilst still in the die I inked through with tumbled glass distress ink.  The sentiment was then adhered to the card.  Next using some turquoise blue card stock I cut out the 'mum' letters using Xyron Personal Cutting system and special edition 3 book.  The mum letters were then adhered to the bottom of the card.
