Hello bloggers well most of the children are back to school today unless they have an inset day like mine have. If yours are back today I hope that you manage to squeeze some crafting into your day. Today's card is a lovely thank you card for a builder. I bit strange I know as mostly you hear of the cowboy builders only, but there are some that do a great job and a small thank you card is a nice thought.
This card began as an A4 sheet of centura pearl card stock that I cut and scored to make a 7x5 card blank. Next I printed out a backing paper, topper sheet and sentiments using Crafter's Companion 'occupations' CD-ROM. The backing paper was cut down to 7x5 and adhered to the front of the card. The topper and sentiments were fussy cut and then matted onto some brown pearlescent paper. The topper was then adhered to the centre of the card with a sentiment top left and bottom right. Finally a 'you can do it' sentiment was added to the left of the card.
