Happy Christmas Bagpuss

Hello bloggers I have gone all digital today with a card designed in Craft Artist Professional featuring Bagpuss.

This card is 16cm x11cm and was made using an A4 white card stock.  I used Craft Artist Professional and Bagpuss Christmas Digikit to create my design.

First I  added my background which is a red polka dot paper to cover the whole card.  I then added a parcel patterned material to the card, this was made slightly smaller than the card to leave a polka dot border.  Next I chose my embellishments, first I chose Bagpuss and shrunk it down to size and added it to the card.  I then made it into a sticker using the sticker tool.  The Christmas tree and mice were added next and this too was made into a sticker.  The Christmas tree was copied and pasted then shrunk to a very small size and rotated and added to the back of the card as an embellishment.

Finally I used the text box to choose my font style and size and to type in my message.  The complete card was printed onto the white card stock.  I then used my Brother Scan N Cut to cut out the card before scoring and folding it.

Snowflakes ~ Makey Bakey Mice ~ Merry Christmas Post Box

Hello bloggers I hope you had a good week and are ready for the weekend.  Today I have the cheeky Makey Bakey Mice posting their letters.

This card began as a 12x12 sheet of green card stock that I cut and scored to make a 6x6 card blank.  Next I used Crafter's Companion Makey Bakey Mice Christmas CD-ROM, to print out the green backing paper and the topper.  The backing paper was cut down to 6x6.  I then added a  white metal snowflake brad into each corner of the card before adhering the backing paper to the card blank.  The topper was cut out and adhered to the card at an angle.  I didn't add an additional sentiment as there was one already on the topper.

Merry Christmas ~ Elf ~ Elf On A Shelf

Hello bloggers I hope you enjoyed a good week.  Today I have an elf Christmas card for you.

This card began as a 12x12 sheet of lavender card stock that I cut and scored to make a DL card blank.  Next using  Polka Doodles Magical Winter Part Two CD-ROM, I printed out the merry Christmas backing paper.  This was cut to slightly smaller than the card blank and adhered into place.  The elf was also printed from the same CD-ROM as above.  It was then cut out on the Brother scan n cut before being adhered to the card.
